Easy Peasy Tech LLC – Privacy & Communications Policy (Effective January 2026)

1. Purpose and Scope

This Privacy & Communications Policy (“Policy”) explains how Easy Peasy Tech LLC (“Easy Peasy,” “we,” “us,” “our”) collects, uses, discloses and protects personal information. It also describes our practices for automated communications – including artificial/intelligent voice calls – and your choices. This Policy applies when you interact with us online, by telephone or via text and when you submit your contact information through forms on our websites or landing pages. It is designed to comply with the U.S. Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and Telemarketing Sales Rule (TSR) as updated through January 2026, as well as relevant state “mini‑TCPA” laws and artificial‑intelligence disclosure statutes.

2. Information We Collect

We may collect the following types of information:

  • Contact details. Name, company name, job title, mailing address, email address, telephone number and other identifiers that you provide via online forms or through communications with our staff.
  • Inquiry and usage data. Information about your business needs, your interest in our products and services, notes from phone calls, and recordings/transcripts of conversations (where permitted by law).
  • Device and technical data. IP address, browser type, operating system, and other technical details collected through cookies, analytics and similar tools.
  • Marketing preferences. Your opt‑in or opt‑out selections regarding receiving automated calls, texts, emails or other messages.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal data (such as health information, racial or ethnic origin or political opinions), and we ask that you not provide such information.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

  1. Provide requested services. To respond to inquiries, schedule audits or consultations, and deliver services you request.
  2. Communicate with you. To send transactional and service‑related messages (e.g., reminders, confirmations, customer support communications), and – where permitted – informational and marketing messages about products or services we think may interest you.
  3. Automated calls and texts. To place automated phone calls, including calls using prerecorded or artificial (AI‑generated) voice, and send automated text messages for the purposes described above, subject to your consent (see Section 5).
  4. Compliance and protection. To comply with applicable laws and regulations, investigate and prevent fraud or abuse, enforce our agreements, protect our legal rights, and maintain Do‑Not‑Call (DNC) and suppression lists.
  5. Improvement and analytics. To analyze usage trends and improve our websites, communications and services.

4. Legal Bases for Processing and Consent

We rely on the following legal bases to process your personal information:

  • Your consent. When you submit your phone number or email address through our forms, we ask for your prior express written consent to receive communications from us. Under the TCPA, calls using artificial or prerecorded voice to mobile or residential numbers require such consent【246628581460766†L90-L99】. Consent is not a condition of purchase and can be withdrawn at any time.
  • Performance of a contract. When you enter into an agreement with us, we process your information as necessary to perform our obligations.
  • Legitimate interests. For business purposes such as improving our services, preventing fraud, and communicating with B2B contacts within permitted hours.
  • Compliance with law. To meet legal obligations under federal and state telemarketing and privacy laws.

5. Automated Calls, AI Voices & Telemarketing Compliance

5.1 Federal requirements (TCPA & TSR)

Easy Peasy complies with the U.S. Telephone Consumer Protection Act and Telemarketing Sales Rule. The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) clarified in February 2024 that calls using AI‑generated voice are treated as “artificial or prerecorded voice” calls under the TCPA, and thus require prior express written consent【246628581460766†L90-L99】. We therefore:

  • Obtain a clear, written opt‑in from you before using any automated dialer, prerecorded message or AI‑generated voice to call your mobile or residential number.
  • Inform you that providing consent is not required to receive our services.
  • Provide a simple method to withdraw consent or opt‑out at any time.
  • Limit our call times to 8 AM – 9 PM in your local time zone and, for states with stricter limits (e.g., Oregon from 2026), to the earliest permitted hours【895064585854906†L36-L61】.
  • Honor the National and state Do‑Not‑Call registries and maintain our internal suppression list.

5.2 State “mini‑TCPA” and AI‑disclosure laws

Several states have enacted laws that supplement the TCPA. We continually monitor these laws and adjust our calling practices accordingly. As of January 2026:

  • California (AB 2905) – requires that callers using prerecorded or AI‑generated voice first announce in a natural voice that an artificial voice will follow【246628581460766†L139-L145】. We comply by having our representatives or AI system clearly identify the use of AI.
  • Maine – requires a clear and conspicuous disclosure if consumers interact with an AI system; non‑disclosure is considered an unfair trade practice.
  • Utah – requires regulated businesses to disclose AI use at the start of conversations; non‑regulated businesses must truthfully respond when asked.
  • Oregon (HB 3865, effective Jan 1 2026) – shortens permissible calling hours to 8 AM – 8 PM and limits automated communications to three calls or texts per 24 hours【895064585854906†L36-L61】.
  • Texas (SB 140, effective Sep 1 2025), Virginia (SB 1339, effective Jan 1 2026), Florida, Oklahoma, Maryland, Washington, Connecticut, Georgia, Mississippi, Tennessee and New Jersey have enacted robust mini‑TCPA laws that prohibit systems which automatically select and dial numbers and limit the number of calls per day【329569321598921†L160-L213】. We will not use automated dialing for residents of these states without an individualized call and appropriate consent.

5.3 Consent for Multiple Purposes

When you consent to receive communications from Easy Peasy, you agree that we may contact you:

  • For service‑related messages (e.g., reminders, confirmations, updates). These are often necessary to fulfil your request or maintain our relationship.
  • For marketing or informational purposes, including promotions or information about other services offered by Easy Peasy and its affiliates. We will clearly distinguish marketing calls from service calls and comply with additional consent requirements where applicable.

5.4 Opt‑Out & Do‑Not‑Call (DNC)

You may opt out of automated calls or texts at any time by following the instructions during the call or message (for example, saying “stop,” pressing a designated key, or replying “STOP” to a text). You may also contact us directly at privacy@easypeasytech.com to be placed on our internal DNC list. Once you opt out, we will cease the applicable communications and retain your number on our suppression list for at least 10 years as required by state law【329569321598921†L160-L213】.

6. Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We may share it only with:

  • Service providers who perform functions on our behalf (e.g., phone carriers, text platforms, CRM providers). They are contractually bound to use your information only as instructed.
  • Legal and regulatory authorities where required by law or to protect rights and safety.
  • Successors in connection with a merger, acquisition or asset sale, provided the successor continues to honour this Policy.

7. Security and Retention

We implement technical and organizational safeguards to protect your information against unauthorized access or misuse. We retain your information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described above, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce agreements. Generally, we retain:

  • Contact details and inquiry data for up to 90 days for cold leads and at least 1 year for opt‑in leads.
  • Call recordings for 90 days (longer if required by law).
  • Suppression lists for 10 years to comply with state opt‑out requirements.

8. International Users

Our services are intended for businesses and individuals in the United States. If you access our sites from outside the U.S., you consent to the transfer of your information to the United States. Your personal information will be subject to U.S. laws, which may differ from those in your country.

9. Children’s Privacy

Our services are not directed to children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you become aware that a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we may delete it.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy to reflect changes in our practices, technology or the law. If we make material changes, we will post the updated version with a new effective date and notify you through our website or other appropriate channels.
